Key issues and solutions of lowgrade industrial waste heat applied to urban centralized heating systems
Fang Hao, Xia Jianjun, Li Yemao and Zhao Haifeng
In the practical process of using lowgrade industrial waste heat for centralized heating, it is necessary to solve the key issues of high efficient collection, integration, transmission and regulation of the waste heat, which need to consider the heat source, heating network and end users as a whole and to break technical barriers. Applies the entransy analysis method and the TQ diagram to researching the techniques and methodologies for solving the key issues. Presents an established demonstration project of using the lowgrade industrial waste heat of steel plants for centralized heating in Qianxi, Hebei Province, which validates the correctness and effectiveness of the theory and methodology, providing a reference for more relevant practices in the future.
